01 WHAT THIS IS
The Body You Live In is an 8-week body image coaching group designed specifically for Black women in the perinatal period — pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and loss.
The first four weeks meet virtually as a small group — exploring the stories you've inherited about your body, the cultural messages you've carried, and what it means to begin coming home to yourself. The final four weeks invite you into an optional in-person embodiment experience integrating breath, movement, and nervous system work.
This is not about fitness. It's not about bouncing back or changing how you look. It's about turning inward. How your body feels. What it carries. What it means to truly live in it.

02 THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You've spent so long managing how your body looks that you've lost track of how it actually feels.
You're exhausted by the pressure to bounce back and return to an older version of yourself.
You love your child — and you also don't recognize yourself.
You want to stop fighting your body and start living in it.
