Shades of Hope is a fertility education and emotional wellness program. It is not individual therapy, medical care, or a substitute for clinical treatment, and it does not create a therapeutic relationship, even though sessions are facilitated by a fertility educator and licensed mental health therapists. The program runs live on Tuesdays, 7:00–8:15 PM EST, September 8 – October 13, 2026, via Zoom. This is a connected six-week experience, and participants are encouraged to attend as many live sessions as possible to get the full benefit of the group. Registration fees are non-refundable. Your seat is confirmed once payment is complete. This is a group experience, and participants are expected to respect the privacy of others by not sharing what is discussed in session outside the group. This program is not equipped to respond to mental health emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or your local emergency services.
