Therapy for
Black Moms
Hey there! We’re so glad you’re here. We understand the courage it takes to admit that motherhood is tough and to ask for help. The daily juggling act, the love and strength you pour into your family, and the unique challenges you face — it’s a lot. We get it because we’ve been there too. Here, you’re never alone. We offer a supportive community and resources designed just for you. Whether you need a listening ear, practical advice, or a bit of encouragement, we’re here to help.
Together, We Got This!
Raising Resilience was made for us, by us. Our own experiences with parenthood inspired us to build a community that genuinely supports those often overlooked — the ones who are told to be strong and push through, the ones who care for everyone else, and who sometimes feel forgotten.
We get it because we’ve lived it. As Black women, we understand the unique challenges you face. As therapists, we’re here for you every step of the way. Our specialized training and certifications help us support you through every part of your journey—from planning for a baby to dealing with fertility issues, experiencing loss, navigating postpartum, and beyond.
We’re breaking the silence and embracing the strength to ask for help. It’s time to work through our triggers, understand our experiences, build confidence in our parenting, improve our relationships, and, most importantly, show up for ourselves.
We’ve got your back!
