About the Event

Join us Wednesday Feb. 17th at 6 pm with Dr. Quana Tribble DPT who strives to help women manage pelvic dysfunction, pain, and weakenss. This will be an interactive workshop for moms who are expectant and postpartum to gai knowledge and ask questions. For every mother we know postpartum recovery is not a straight line , we zig, zag, and dodge as we reconnect with our bodies, rebuild strength, care for new born, adjust to motherhood, and all the new normals that come along with it. In France, pelvic PT is the standard postpartum care and OB-GYN's prescribe postpartum women 10-20 sessions of pelvic physical rehab. Most new mom's have no idea about what's considered normal or not postpartum because the conversation is typically not apart of postpartum recovery. We we dont address pelvic concerns they can lead to longterm imbalances later in life. In an ideal world women would be more supported in the days, weeks, and months following birth and address pelvic florr concerns early on as a part of their recovery.
